Need help with RunSocial? Here are answers to common questions.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Danger zone → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and personal data right away. See our account deletion page for full details.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the person's profile (from a club, your followers/following list, or a chat) and use the Block or Report links near the bottom of their profile.

How do I make my profile private?

Go to Profile → Privacy and turn on "Private profile". New followers will then need your approval, and you can hide your name, age, or city from other users individually.

What is RunMatch?

RunMatch is an optional, opt-in feature to find running buddies nearby based on pace, schedule, and goals — not a dating feature. It is restricted to users aged 18 and over. You can turn it on or off at any time in the RunMatch tab, and turning it off never deletes your saved details.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen to receive a password reset email.
